Greek Yachts (“GY” or “we” or “our”) Privacy Policy defines what type of information GY may collect and how this information is likely to be used. Visitors or Charterers (“you”) using this website have to be familiar with our Privacy Policy before making a booking request.

Customer Information

GY may require customer information such as name, contact details, and medical condition of its customers and members of the crew in order to deliver its services. If additional information is required GY will ask for your permission to obtain them. We may collect customer information through our forms or via email or telephone. Personal information may be collected when customers contact GY and request information or complete a booking or a booking request.

The charterer/customer is responsible for informing other members of the crew about GY’s Privacy Policy as he/she is considered to act under the crew’s consent and on their behalf when making any arrangement with GY.

Any information collected by GY may be analysed and used occasionally by GY. We will only disclose information to other third parties if  (i) we have your express permission to do so where such information is personal, or (ii) it is in connection with the transfer of all or part of GY’s assets or stock by way of corporate transaction or otherwise, or (iii) it is in connection with our use of Cookies

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

GY will use customer or any other information collected to enhance and improve the client’s experience of using our website. This may involve tracking customer movements around the website and analyzing en masse the results of customers' preferences and their use of the site.
